How do we know which tutor will suit your child?

We have a structured process for matching each student with their ideal tutor at Learning Journey Tutoring. Upon our initial contact with you, we inquire about the student's personality type. Additionally, we recommend that the student completes a personality test to ensure the best possible match with a tutor who can accommodate their needs.

Every tutor is required to undergo this test. Once we've matched the student with a suitable tutor, we will provide the parent/guardian and student with a detailed tutor profile. Subsequently, the tutor and student (along with the parent/guardian) will connect initially via phone call or message. During this interaction, they will organise the session expectations and get a sense of the rapport and dynamics to anticipate in their future sessions.
